What is required is to open up the wall and inspect for water/termite damage. Then repaired to county code, textured and painted to match color.

By “Lake” is meant the wall is facing the lake, so usually behind the buildings.
By “Park” is meant the wall is facing the parking lot and common road, usually the front the building or between buildings.
