Isles at Lago Mar has 23 Residential Buildings (two stories).
Most metalwork is composed of the following:
-Stair Frame (Steel)
-Mid-landing arch guardrail (Aluminium)
-Walkway guardrail (Aluminium)
-Stair landing support posts (Aluminium)
There are three types of Buildings of which determine the amount of metalwork.
CCCC – 6 stairwells
5 Buildings: 2, 6, 9, 16, 19
CCCC – Has a long stair at each building end and stairwells in the single interior hallway.
EBBE – 4 Stairwells
13 Buildings: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13, 14, 15, 18, 20, 21, 23
EBBE – Has NO exterior stairs at the buildings ends. Stairwells are only found in the TWO internal hallways.
GBBG – 6 Stairwells
5 Buildings: 4, 11, 12, 17, 22
GBBG – Has stair wells at the single inner hallway and building ends, as well as a long guardrail on the second floor and archways on the mid-landing.
